Mirror Lake
17. June 2009 by Friedhelm.
Mirror Lake was the next station of our photographic one day journey. We hiked the two mile round trip from bus stop #17. The weather was gorgeous and the hike pleasant. At the lake we had to fight the other tourists that wanted a picture with their friends or family members sitting on the rockĀ on the left hand side of the image.
Ansel Adams photographed the lake in black and white and he choose the landscape format. I opted for portrait because I wanted the big clouds and the reflection of them in the picture. I used f22, 1/15s, iso100.
Enjoy and happy photographing!
