20. June 2009 by David.
As Friedhelm and I walked up to the base of Bridalveil Falls someone said there was a rainbow. With the light changing quickly, trying to keep my camera and lens dry and setting up the tripod, I just got off this shot before the rainbow disappeared.

A Patient Subject
20. June 2009 by David.
When Friedhelm and I were in Yosemite he spotted this moth, unfortunatley for him his camera was in his backpack, sooo…….. This was an unusually cooperative moth, most animal shots are hit or miss. The first couple of photos were taken in a hurry and didn’t turn out so great. When I realized he wasn’t going anywhere I took my time and got this shot.
