Brick buildings
5. August 2009 by Friedhelm.
On my architectural journey through Germany we visited the City of Stendal in northern Germany. Stendal has a population of around 36,000. It has many Gothic brick buildings. Here is the Uenglinger gate. It was built in the 15. century and was part of the defense system of the city.
This is the town hall and in the background the Gothic church (St. Mary’s)
Inside St. Mary’s church: The red brick gives the church a very interesting appearance. I used a tripod, ISO 100, f22, 4s.
Happy photographing
