The difference between a portrait and a fashion shot is that in a portrait you want to show the person. In fashion shot like in any other product shot you want to show the product. This is more a fashion shot than a portrait. The jeans are really popping out. The message is: you can do anything with these jeans!. Watch also the position of the feet. They are in an almost 90 degree angle. The arms are almost in a 45 degree angle. Al this supports the overall structure of the image.
