« Electricity in Bodie | Security »
Bodie, CA
We shot a lot of small things that were in the shadow because of the harsh sunlight. I decided to try at least a few wider shots to show a little bit of the city and surroundings. The large blue building is the mining facility and you see the impact of the mining in the hills surrounding the city. Noticeable is also that there are no trees in the image. The elevation is around 8400 feet and therefor above tree line.
Enjoy and happy week-end
