St. Mary’s

This is St. Mary’s church in Moraga, CA. The church is part of St. Mary’s college which was originally started in Sam Francisco and later moved into the East Bay.

I wanted to give the image some 3D feeling by using the stairs in front of the church. There is also the light in the trees and the light at the stairs that compete with the lights in the church. The stairs are also functioning as a leading line to draw your eyes towards the church. All in all I consider this a pretty dynamic image.
